Polaris Pro Water to Air Turbo Kit

This is the TSS Polaris rapid response kit. We built and designed this kit to create faster spool up for better throttle response in the trees and climbing hills. We designed a liquid cooled air box that is on its own system, so the temperature of the coolant will stay consistent. We are using a KPA 2863 self-lubed V-band housing turbo with a Turbosmart external wastegate. The combination of these 2 key features creates smoother power, faster spool up and even more torque.

The turbo holder comes complete with a red line performance tuner, turbo, oil tank, oil pump, tail pipe, neck, clips in OEM muffler holder and comes complete put together as a module. Injectors and wiring comes put together. The wiring is plug-in.

Skidoo E-Tec Intercooler Turbo Kit

TSS has developed their own turbo kit for the 800 E-Tec using a 2860 KPA Turbo with a water to air intercooler to get maximum performance per pound of boost and to keep the fuel map consistent through its range. The kit is very clean and very easy to install. We paid close attention to detail of fit and finish. The turbo holder comes complete with turbo, oil tank, oil pump, tail pipe, neck, clips in OEM muffler holder and comes completely put together as a module. Intercooled air box, injectors and wiring comes put together. The wiring is plug-in, including wiring for water pump to circulate the water through the supplied U cooler dedicated for the sole purpose of cooling the charge air.
